SD card compatibility problem or insufficient power supply

Reason: The distance between the mobile phone and the camera is too close, and the sound repeatedly circulates between the two;

Solution: Turn on the intercom, keep a certain distance between the device and the mobile phone to avoid sound coupling.

Method 1: Please prepare 2 smartphones, and then refer to the following steps to verify:

1. Turn on the data sharing Wi-Fi hotspot of mobile phone A.

2. Phone B connects to the hotspot.

3. Run the security APP on mobile phone B and add cameras according to the prompts.

If the video can be opened normally after the camera is successfully added to the hotspot, it means that the upload speed of the router or broadband is too low.

Method 2: Use a speed measuring tool (such as "Tencent Mobile Manager or Speedtest") to measure the speed at the location of the camera.
